Banter is focused on creating culture building tools for remote teams.
We believe that the future of work is distributed and asynchronous and we’re building tools to enable culture in that future.
Our first product is Banter bot, a chat bot that sparks spontaneous group conversations with ice breakers that develop trust, sharing, and friendship in remote teams.

Making friends at work, work
We’ve worked at a bunch of high growth startups in the last 10 years.
As teams moved remote, we noticed that culture took a big hit, the opportunities for teams to bond just weren’t there anymore.
A lot of my work relationships were forged in the everyday, chatting about random stuff (is 
on 🍕 acceptable?) at the proverbial and literal watercooler.
Banter bot is our way to bring that spontaneous dynamic to remote teams.
